Rebecca started at AIM HR Solutions in early 2023 as an Instructional Designer and Trainer. She has over ten years of experience in the learning and development industry. Rebecca has held many positions such as trainer, instructional & web designer, government liaison, consultant, and people manager for large corporate companies such as Southwest Airlines and Bank of America.
Rebecca’s strong passion for training is evident in each of her classes; allowing others to reach their full potential is her ultimate goal. Rebecca has vast knowledge of adult learning principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and skills required to provide top notch customer service.
If Rebecca were not working at AIM HR Solutions, she would be traveling with her husband, immersing themselves in the many different cultures around the world.
