OSHA:
The new OSHA Walkaround Final Rule is in effect as of May 31, 2024.

EEOC | Pregnant Workers Fairness Act:
The PWFA went into effect on June 27, 2023. On April 15, 2024 the EEOC issued its final regulation to carry out the law. The final regulation goes into effect on June 18, 2024.

FLSA Overtime Rule:
The new FLSA overtime rule takes effect on July 1, 2024. The first increase for FLSA begins July 1, 2024, increasing the standard salary level to $844 per week and the Highly Compensated Employee salary level to $132,964 per year.
