Mary T. McNally brings over 25 years of HR expertise, partnering with organizations to tackle complex challenges with a thoughtful, practical approach. She specializes in benefits and compensation strategy, compliance, and building scalable HR programs that support both business goals and employee wellbeing. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, Mary has a unique ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, actionable guidance, making her a trusted advisor to our clients.
Throughout her career, Mary has led impactful initiatives, including multiple HRIS implementations and the development of global benefits programs. Her expertise spans leave of absence and ADA accommodation management, policy and handbook development, and process improvement, always with a focus on creating solutions that truly work in practice.
Mary is especially passionate about helping organizations simplify compliance and take a more strategic approach to their benefits. She also enjoys presenting on compliance and benefits topics, where she equips leaders with the tools and confidence they need to better understand and navigate evolving requirements. What Mary enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to partner closely with organizations, helping them solve real-world challenges in a way that is both strategic and people-centered.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling with her husband, walking her dogs, and exploring her interest in personal styling.
