Dan, a seasoned professional in Organizational Development and Human Resources, joined AIM HR Solutions in 2016. With over 40 years of experience, he has held various roles from individual contributor to Senior Manager. Dan’s expertise lies in delivering onsite learning, development, and ODHR services, as well as presenting AIM learning programs.
Throughout his career, Dan has worked with large, sophisticated organizations as well as agile, high-growth smaller ones in the Manufacturing and Services sectors. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at AIM HR Solutions.
In addition, Dan has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University for over 20 years, further demonstrating his commitment to education and sharing his expertise.
