Brenda started with AIM HR Solutions in 2019 and has extensive experience managing a broad range of HR initiatives, strategies, and best practices. Before joining AIM HR Solutions, she was VP Human Resource Manager for Mutual Bank, Massachusetts. Brenda is a trusted advisor and strategic business partner with leadership teams and employees providing HR expertise relating to all phases of the employment life cycle.

Brenda has worked in the Banking industry and retail sectors. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), HR Certification Institute. If she was not working at AIM HR Solutions, she would be traveling the world and volunteering her time trying to make the world a better place to live.
