- Reissue company EEO statement
- Reissue company Sexual Harassment policy (legally required for MA employers with 6 or more employees
- Reissue Women’s Health and Cancer Rights
- Purge files where appropriate
- Distribute copy of Summary Annual Report for all ERISA-covered benefit programs
- Review “Written Information Security Plan” for continued data security compliance

Upcoming Deadline for Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law:
The first data report for employers of 100 or more Massachusetts employees (based on EEO-1 report) is due February 1, 2025, under the new Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law. We will provide a resource link once it is available on Mass.gov website.
