HRCI is a non-profit organization and serves as a credentialing organization for the HR profession. AIM HR Solutions is an HRCI recertification provider. The majority of our HR programs provide for recertification credits through HRCI.

AIM HR Solutions and MassMEP have had a long-standing relationship mainly as it involves our manufacturing members. Over the last 12 years, the two organizations have worked hand in hand with our manufacturing members to develop training initiatives that use the Workforce Training Fund Program to help offset the cost of training. MassMEP’s expertise is in the Lean and Continuous Improvement area and includes ISO, Manufacturing Skills, Quality Systems, Material Management and other manufacturing associated needs.

We have partnered with Safety Trainers, headquartered in Worcester, to provide expertise to our clients in the space of workplace OSHA compliance and safety for organizations and their workforce. They are an authorized OSHA outreach trainer who brings a reputation for delivering high-value resources when safety is a key element of the business. The team at Safety Trainers provide hands-on resources, education and consulting expertise for all industries. They are currently our training partner for our two-day OSHA series delivered throughout the state of Massachusetts.
