With a deep background in employment law and compliance, Tom has built a career helping businesses navigate the complexities of workplace regulations. A J.D. graduate of Suffolk Law School and an MCAD-certified harassment trainer, he specializes in guiding organizations through critical issues like Form I-9, FLSA compliance, and workplace policies, helping them stay compliant while building fair and effective workplaces.

For Tom, the best part of his role is working directly with members, breaking down complex legal and compliance challenges into clear, actionable steps. Whether leading monthly HR roundtables or tackling nuanced employment law topics, he thrives on helping businesses make sense of ever-changing regulations. One of his proudest achievements is publishing the annual Employment Law Guide, a resource that has helped countless companies stay ahead of compliance updates.

Outside of work, Tom is always on the move, whether walking, biking, playing tennis, or even boxing. He’s also an avid traveler and reader, always looking to expand his perspective.
