Scott started with AIM HR Solutions in 2019 and provides onsite HR services, coaching, and education facilitation. He has an interest in relationship management and talent development. Before joining our team, he served in senior HR roles within the manufacturing, medical device, and life science industries. Scott’s areas of expertise include employee relations, mentoring, talent development, and team building.

Scott is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation.

If he wasn’t working at AIM HR Solutions, he would be volunteering his time with organizations whose focus is on social responsibility, environmental issues, animal rights – making this world a kinder and gentler place for now and future generations.
