Missy McLoy brings more than 15 years of HR experience supporting both corporate and start-up organizations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, banking, hospitals, consulting, and HR services. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Northeastern University and is known for her thoughtful, people-first approach to HR leadership.

Her areas of expertise include HR strategy, talent and performance management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and company culture. Missy enjoys partnering with leaders to create HR programs and processes that not only support business goals, but also strengthen the employee experience and help people thrive.

One of Missy’s most rewarding accomplishments was helping an organization achieve 35% workforce growth within two years by building a strong HR infrastructure and talent strategy that supported both rapid growth and employee engagement. She also enjoys facilitating talent management discussions with leadership teams, helping managers focus on employee development and long-term success.

Outside of work, Missy enjoys spending time with her family, running, gardening, skiing, and taking advantage of just about any outdoor activity she can find.
