With 20+ years of HR experience and a BS in Technical Management, Doreen Nichols specializes in talent management, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, change management, college relations, and DEI&B. She partners with organizations to navigate complex HR challenges and build high-performing teams.
Doreen has led several high-impact initiatives, including launching a Global Management Training Program, guiding efforts that earned a Fortune 500 company a spot on DiversityInc’s Top 50 list, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and scaling a commercial organization from 6 to over 100 employees in 90 days for a major FDA-approved drug launch.
Outside of work, Doreen enjoys cheering for the Patriots and Celtics, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
