With more than 30 years of global HR leadership experience, Debra has built a career helping organizations navigate change, develop leaders, and strengthen workplace culture. As a certified executive coach and trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, she brings both strategic insight and a people-focused approach to complex HR challenges.

Debra specializes in HR strategy, executive coaching, talent management, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has led global HR teams, guided mergers and acquisitions, and developed talent strategies that support business growth. She especially enjoys helping leaders recognize their potential and build confidence, combining empathy, creativity, and practical business insights to help them succeed.

Debra holds a Master of Science in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire. She is a Certified Executive Coach with additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and advanced coaching methodologies.

Outside of work, Debra enjoys the beach, sunsets, gardening, and photography.
