Amy Dooley brings 18 years of combined experience in office administration, event planning, and human resources. She holds a BA in Communications and Human Development from Boston College.

At AIM HR Solutions, Amy coordinates training programs and manages all related logistics. She works directly with AIM members to support scheduling, registrations, and program execution, ensuring trainings run efficiently and as planned. Her role is centered on organization, clear communication, and keeping programs on track from start to finish.

Amy’s background includes experience with recruiting, grant administration, retirement benefits, particularly within the non-profit sector, and large-scale event planning. A notable career achievement includes planning and executing major fundraising events for a non-profit foundation.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, going for long walks, relaxing at the beach, and baking.
