Reminder: OSHA Reporting Deadline – March 2, 2025

The Massachusetts On-Site Consultation Program reminds employers that March 2, 2025, is the deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA Form 300A data (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) for the calendar year 2024.
Only employers meeting certain size and industry criteria must provide 2024 injury and illness data by March 2, 2025.
To determine if you are required to submit data, visit OSHA’s ITA Coverage Application or refer to the following guidelines:
Who Must Submit OSHA 300A Data?
- You must submit 300A data if:
- Your establishment has 250+ employees and is not listed in the Exempt Industries
- Your establishment has 20-249 employees and is listed in the 300A Table.
- You must also submit 300/301 data if:
- Your establishment has 100+ employees and is listed in Appendix B to Subpart E of Part 1904.
