Tom, an attorney specializing in labor and employment matters, joined AIM HR Solutions in 2000. He provides invaluable support to AIM members through the HR Helpline, education program facilitation, and monthly HR roundtables. With prior experience as Deputy Director and General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Labor, Tom oversaw the implementation of state labor and employment laws. He is well-versed in conducting harassment and discrimination training and investigations, holding MCAD training.

In addition to his role at AIM HR Solutions, Tom serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, teaching management classes at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His bilingual proficiency in Spanish further enhances his ability to serve a diverse range of clients.
