Tally Lauter

Tally started at AIM HR Solutions in 2012, where he is engaged in onsite Human Resources support for a variety of organizations. He has experience with large, medium and smaller manufacturing companies as an engineer, plant manager, and HR professional.  Companies supported by Tally include both public, as well as private, family-owned, and some unionized businesses.

In addition to manufacturing organizations, he has experience working with the service, non-profit, and government industries.  Tally is also on the Mayflower Council Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors as VP of Properties. He is also a notary and a licensed Eucharistic Minister in the Episcopal Church.

If he was not working at AIM HR Solutions, he would be a National Park Ranger.
