Steve brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources, supporting organizations through growth, change, and complex challenges. He holds a PHR certification and is a Certified DiSC Administrator, with expertise in training, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, M&A, global HR management, corporate restructuring, and strategic HR planning.

What Steve enjoys most is the variety. He loves being able to jump wherever he can, offering support across a wide range of HR needs and challenges. One of his favorite sessions to lead is emotional intelligence training because it’s universally relevant and helps individuals grow professionally and personally at any level.

A career highlight for Steve was supporting North American offices for an international company. Several initiatives he developed locally were so effective that they were adopted and rolled out globally, a clear reflection of the impact thoughtful HR strategy can have.

Steve enjoys cooking, gardening, wine tasting, and camping outside of work. These activities allow him to unwind and explore creativity in new ways.
