With an MBA and a professional coaching certification, he supports individuals and teams in areas such as leadership development, employee relations, interpersonal communication, and compliance, helping organizations foster growth and collaboration at every level.

Scott’s favorite part of his role is working closely with people, whether one-on-one or in group settings, to help them become more effective, confident leaders. He’s especially energized by sessions focused on leadership development, where he can guide participants to think differently, sharpen their skills, and build stronger teams.

A standout moment in his career was earning his coaching certification and serving as an internal coach, where he supported the growth of high-potential leaders and saw firsthand the positive ripple effect strong leadership can have across an organization.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family, exploring the Cape, hiking in the White Mountains, reading, and gardening.
