Sarah started at AIM HR Solutions in 2021. She specializes in helping employers solve their Human Resources concerns on the AIM HR Helpline, education program facilitation, and with written informational materials.
Sarah is an attorney who has worked with law firms, as a legal writer and editor, and also worked directly with private employers in a Senior Counsel/Attorney role, where she partnered closely with HR departments. She is MCAD trained and provides harassment and discrimination training and investigations. She has held numerous volunteer positions in schools, include as a Founding Trustee of a Boston Charter School.
If she was not at AIM HR Solutions, she would be teaching literacy.
