Sarah thrives on helping businesses tackle tough HR and legal issues, whether it’s guiding members through challenges on the Helpline or providing strategic advice to her On Demand clients. She has developed multi-state employee handbooks that help businesses manage compliance across different jurisdictions, and earlier in her career, she successfully defended agency claims—experiences that have reinforced her deep understanding of employment law.

When leading anti-harassment training, Sarah enjoys turning a “required session” into an engaging discussion. While many participants show up because they have to, she always sees strong participation and thoughtful conversations—a sign that these topics truly resonate when presented the right way.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and staying active with indoor cycling and yoga.
