Patty McCormick brings many years of hands-on experience in human resources, with deep expertise in HR leadership, recruiting and hiring, employee and labor relations, benefits and compensation, and employee training and development. With a B.A. and an MBA, she’s spent her career helping organizations of all sizes build stronger, more effective people strategies.
Patty thas a passion for creatively solving both routine and complex HR challenges. She has a knack for aligning solutions with a company’s culture, ensuring that HR isn’t just a function but a driving force behind business success. One of her proudest accomplishments was building an HR infrastructure from the ground up for a 24-person business, supporting its growth to four times its original size within five years.
Patty’s favorite role is working directly with clients to address their real-world HR concerns—especially when she gets to help guide strategic growth and development. She also enjoys facilitating training sessions that help HR teams build confidence and capability across all levels of an organization.
Outside of work, Patty values time with family and friends, especially when it involves a relaxing vacation.
