With a strong background in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and talent management, Melissa thrives on solving complex workplace challenges. She holds an SPHR designation, a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University, and extensive graduate work in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her broad experience allows her to bring depth and versatility to every organization she supports.
Every company is like a unique puzzle for Melissa—one she’s eager to analyze, audit, and refine. She specializes in identifying gaps, streamlining processes, and implementing custom HR solutions that enhance efficiency, leadership development, and employee engagement. Her approach ensures that businesses, no matter their size or industry, gain the strategies and tools they need to elevate their HR functions and foster long-term success.
One of her most rewarding experiences has been leading HR department transformations that reposition HR as a strategic partner within the business. Seeing that shift take hold and create a lasting impact is what continues to drive her passion for this work.
Outside of HR, Melissa is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves experimenting in the kitchen. She’s also a devoted Dachshund enthusiast, having adopted five so far, and is passionate about supporting dog rescue organizations.
