Dan Guliano
Director, Learning and Development
Senior HR Consultant | Leadership & Strategic Development Expert
Dan brings a seasoned perspective to HR, helping organizations and leaders strengthen their critical thinking, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making skills. With a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, he focuses on turning theory into action, encouraging professionals to approach challenges from new angles and apply solutions that lead to meaningful results.
He thrives on guiding others through conflict resolution, a topic he enjoys teaching because it applies just as much in everyday life as in the workplace. A standout achievement in his career was restructuring a company alongside its president, transforming it from a 1% annual growth business to 15% growth, making it the most profitable per capita division in an FTSE 100 aerospace firm.
Outside of HR, Dan serves on the boards of two nonprofits: the Gloucester Adventure, where he helps preserve the historic Schooner Adventure, and the New England Fiddle Ensemble, a multigenerational music group performing across New Hampshire and Maine.
For Dan, great leadership is about perspective, adaptability, and making informed decisions—and that’s exactly what he helps others achieve.
