Dan is passionate about performance management and loves facilitating sessions on performance appraisals. He knows that strong feedback and goal-setting are key drivers of company success. One of his most memorable achievements was communicating and implementing employee stock option plans across five Western European countries. This complex but rewarding challenge helped employees feel more connected to their organizations.

Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work, cooking, traveling, and cheering on the Boston Bruins.
