Annette brings a depth of experience shaped by years of hands-on work across the full scope of HR. She has supported organizations through a wide range of challenges and growth opportunities, applying her expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, and conflict resolution. With a BA in Psychology and certification as a Mediator, Annette blends practical HR knowledge with strong interpersonal insight to help teams operate more effectively and collaboratively. 

Annette is known for providing high-level HR support in a way that’s flexible, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She enjoys partnering with companies to deliver strategic solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper. Her favorite sessions focus on talent acquisition and performance management, where she draws on years of hands-on experience to share meaningful, actionable insights. 

One of Annette’s most meaningful experiences was coaching someone through a period of growth and watching their confidence transform along the way. Moments like that, when HR makes a real difference in someone’s journey, remind her why she loves this work.
