Annette Dupree

Annette joined our team in 2022 as an HR Director providing HR services to various clients. She has significant knowledge in leadership development, coaching, staffing, talent management, compliance and risk management, and organizational effectiveness. Annette has a passion for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems that enable organizations to leverage their people’s skills and talents fully.
She has worked in nearly every industry, from Nonprofit to technology and healthcare, and is a Certified Mediator. Her strong business acumen and her high level of expertise as an HR generalist make her a diverse and excellent consultant for the AIM HR Solutions team.
Annette is happiest when her hand holds an artist’s paintbrush or a cooking utensil. Most of my spare time is spent creating art and enjoying the beach with my husband and puppy.
