Stacey Wenczel

Director, HR Services

Stacey started at AIM HR Solutions in 2008 and is a member of our onsite HR services team.

She is both tactical and strategic with her high-level generalist competencies.  Having worked primarily in manufacturing, Stacey is familiar with the unique employee relations, workplace safety, and legal compliance challenges and opportunities that arise in both large and small companies.  Her areas of expertise include employee relations, leave and benefits administration, policy development, interviewing, and performance development/discipline.

Stacey has worked in the manufacturing, human services, non-profit industry sectors.

Stacey is an active member of her town’s Personnel Committee and often volunteers with the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. If Stacey was not working for AIM HR Solutions she would be cycling through the hills of Western MA or building up her courage to perform at an open mic.
