The Massachusetts Express Grant

  • Funding: Offers reimbursement, $20,000 per calendar year for training and development up to $3,000 per person/per course.
  • Eligibility:
    • Must have fewer than 100 employees (part-time or full-time).
    • Must be a registered business operating in Massachusetts that is contributing to the unemployment fund.
    • All trainees are employed in Massachusetts (not required to live in MA).
    • Businesses can only request reimbursement for W2 employees who are on the company’s payroll.
