Help Shape the Future of MassHire: Share Your Feedback in a 10-Minute Survey

The MassHire Innovation Project has recently launched a brief statewide survey to gather input from individuals and organizations who interact with, or could benefit from, MassHire’s services. The survey is designed to ensure the voices of jobseekers, employers, and community partners shape the path forward for MassHire.

The survey:

  • will take less than 10 minutes to complete
  • is confidential and anonymous
  • and is due by April 25th

The Commonwealth is planning to redesign and modernize the state’s services for jobseekers and employers. To do that, we are seeking input from individuals across Massachusetts who rely on these services and those who have never used them but would see a benefit if they did. Our goal is to learn how our work can better meet individual and business needs, resulting in better employment outcomes for all.
