According to The National Alliance on Mental Illness, one in every five Americans struggles with mental health. Add to that economic and societal pressure, and it is no wonder that so many people are suffering. Too often, they suffer in silence due to mental health stigma, especially in the workplace. Employers play an influential role in creating a place of understanding and support. This four-session course is for everyone in your organization, from the individual contributor up the chain to executives. This program will help you to identify stress and burnout, manage those emotions, provide guidance on how to have conversations in the workplace about mental health issues, and ensure that your company is aware of its legal obligations regarding mental health conditions at work.
