Harassment and Discrimination – An Employee’s Guide
Empower your employees to stand up for themselves: a comprehensive guide to creating a safe and inclusive workplace
We regularly hear stories in the news about workplace harassment, but what really constitutes sexual harassment and discrimination? As an employee, what do you need to know to make sure you don’t violate any company policies? If you feel you have been the victim of sexual harassment or discrimination, what steps can you take to inform your employer and ensure that you are protected? This is a serious topic and better to inform employees proactively than when there is a cause for concern in your organization.
This knowledge-building session gives you the chance to:
- Learn the different types of harassment and discrimination
- Understand what you and your company are responsible for, related to complaints
- Apply real-world examples and scenarios to identify unwelcome behavior
